Refund and Cancellation Policy

With WorldPay, you are provided with a variety of options for payment for Libbys International products, such as Visa, MasterCard, Switch and all the major credit and debit cards.
Returns and Refunds
We will replace or refund the cost of any products that are returned unused and in good saleable condition with in 90 days. Where we cannot repair or replace an item we will offer a full product refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will require products to be returned to us at your own cost. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.
All refunds are at the discretion of the management.
Cancellations and complaints
You may cancel your order at any time until seven working days after delivery. Should you decide to cancel, all charges to you will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition.
